My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Luke. I have had a bit of a rough start to life and I may be a bit scared at first but I am a love bug when I get to know you!

I am currently being fostered by one of NSPCA’s medical staff because I was diagnosed with pemphigus foliaceus! This is an autoimmune disorder that attacks my skin when I take certain medications or get too stressed out!

My treatment is going well in foster but I will need long term medical care and will be more susceptible to infections throughout my life.

Despite my diagnosis. I am a really friendly lil guy. I love playing with my foster mom’s cats and I have made friends with her 70lb dog! I love love love to eat snacks and my favorite toy is a water bottle cap, even if I have access to all of the toys in existence.

If you would like to meet me or learn more about me, please reach out to an adoption counselor today!
