I’m Goldfish, a nearly 5-year-old festive lady house hippo (okay fine, dog) and I am desperately seeking a human who appreciates wiggles, snacks, and emotional support loafing.
Let’s get a few things straight:
I’m dog selective, which means… some dogs are annoying and I won’t apologize for having standards.
• I’m great with kids because they drop food and tell me I’m pretty.
I’m food motivated, which is a polite way of saying: I will absolutely do crimes for treats.
I love walks even though my wiggle probably qualifies as a public distraction.
• I am, in fact, a certified house hippo and if you sit down… I will sit on you.

It’s the holidays. I’m out here giving maximum sparkle, unlimited cuddles, and enough affection to power the entire North Pole… and yet…
I still don’t have my forever couch.

Anytime during open hours, no appointment needed. We also house adoptable cats at the Horseheads and Ithaca PetSmarts as well as Sondra's City Zoo in Elmira. Every other month, we alternate off-site adoption events between IRFCU in Sayre, PA and the Williamsport PetSmart.
