My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet LOVELY Marnie!   Marnie is so sweet and needs a chance to become the amazing cat that we know she will be and get the love and attention that she so deserves. Will you be the one to give her that chance?

Marnie's journey started out as a feral cat that was trapped with the intention of spaying her and re-releasing her. BUT She didn't have the typical feral cat behavior, and you could tell that she wanted to trust people. She had an intestinal infection so she went home with her now foster mom to be treated before having her spay done. During that time, she realized that she likes being pet and getting attention. Marnie is a beautiful cat and has come a long way with her socialization. She loves being with people, but poor girl, She is in a house with dogs, so is not getting all of the attention that she needs. With that being said, when she finds her person, she will thrive with time and patience. She tested positive for FIV, but that could clear away to since she is young, (we see it all the time!), but the vet confirmed that even so, she can live a long, normal, healthy life! Most have normal life spans!

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.

Go meet their pets

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.
