Meet Texas Pete, a handsome young fawn tabby with a coat as warm and golden as a Texas sunrise. His soft, shimmering fur glows in the light, showing off delicate stripes that make him look like he was brushed with honey.
Pete started life in a window well, cared for by a coterie of kind neighbors who made sure he and his siblings were safe until they could find their way to the shelter. At first, he wasn’t sure what to make of all the new sights and sounds, but now that he’s settled in, his gentle, affectionate side is shining through.
He would love a quiet, cozy home with another young, playful cat to show him the ropes and help him grow into a confident, well-mannered gentleman.
