My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌲🍁Say hello to Bubba Joe, a 4–5-year-old Treeing Walker Hound with a heart as big as his floppy ears! This handsome boy is an absolute lover—he soaks up every bit of affection and lights up when someone stops to pet him or simply talk to him. Bubba Joe thrives on love and attention, and he’s sure to return it tenfold!

He’s also a true outdoorsman at heart! Whether it’s exploring the yard, sniffing around the trails, or just basking in the sunshine, Bubba Joe is happiest with a little adventure and a lot of fresh air.

When Bubba Joe first came to us, he was underweight and had a “cherry eye,” but with medication and good care, his eye is healing beautifully and he’s steadily gaining healthy weight. His resilience and sweet spirit are truly inspiring!

Now that he’s feeling better, Bubba Joe is ready to find his forever home—one where he’ll be cherished, talked to, and loved every single day. Could that be with you? ❤️
