My name is Pansy!

Pansy is a petite little sweetheart — only about 22 lbs — with the softest heart and gentle soul. She’s a shy, tender-natured girl who just needs a little time and patience to feel safe and show her true personality. Once she trusts you, though, she’s incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle up with her favorite humans.

Pansy gets along beautifully with other dogs and does great around children, including toddlers. In fact, she’d thrive in a home with a confident, playful dog to help guide her and show her that the world isn’t so scary. She’s food-motivated (and may sneak a snack if your toddler drops one!) and is doing very well with house training, reliably going potty outside.

Because of her timid nature, Pansy will need a secure home with a fenced-in yard and an adopter who understands that confidence takes time to build. With love, patience, and reassurance, this little girl will blossom into the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
