Crush is the definition of perfection. He’s beefy. He’s cheeky. He’s slightly rough looking from his time outside. And he’s also just a big baby.
Crush was a previously fixed guy who was trapped by TCC. The first few days, he cowered behind his litter box very lightly leaning into gentle pets but otherwise not engaging. A cat that we could see being a TNR who likely presently poorly in a trap the first time around.
He had a wound on his head at intake, which worked out in his favor because it was decided to keep him indoors, at least while it healed up, and that gave him time to let his real personality shine!
Crush went from refusing to even really look at us, to standing up and meowing from his cubby as soon as he sees someone!
Crush may be big but what he really prefers is to be held all day while you pet his back and tell him what a good boy he is.
So far the only thing he’s been at all reactive to is being put back in his cubby, and who can really blame him for that?
He doesn’t seem interested in other cats at all however he also doesn’t seem to be bothered by co-existing around them either.
He’s a happy guy who we think will make an amazing companion.
Crush is neutered, UTD on vaccines, FIV/FeLv negative, & microchipped!
