Hello. My name is Luv, and I love my card games. I am also a bit of a card shark. I like to sit back, watch the table, and read the room before I make my move. That is how you win any good game. When I first arrived at the shelter, I kept my cards to myself and played a little solitaire from my favorite spot. I needed time to see who respected the game and who rushed the table. It did not take long to realize that some players were worth sticking around for.
Games are how you win me over. Toys are the opening deal, and I love being the one in control of the game. I enjoy batting, chasing, and staying close once I decide you are worth another round. A toy peeking around the corner or moving just out of reach always gets my attention. Treats like Churu or Temptations sweeten the pot, and I may brag if I win some of those.
I am particular about the rules. I do not like hands coming straight toward my face, and I do not enjoy anyone skipping steps. If something feels off, I will let you know with a soft mew or a careful swat before stepping away to reshuffle. When I am relaxed and laying down, and when a hand approaches gently from behind, I may allow a few head pets. Those moments are earned, only by my best card partners.
When I am not playing, I enjoy a quiet perch, a window view, and a freshly dusted toy to rub against. Once I decide you are my card buddy, I like staying nearby, even if I am not asking for constant attention. I am not an instant cuddle cat, but if you enjoy patience, play, and letting a good game unfold naturally, I can be a very rewarding companion.
