Salt’s story began in the woods, where this brave boy was found living with a feral pack. Now safe and discovering the joys of home life, Salt is ready to find his forever family! He’s trading survival mode for snuggle mode! 🐾 💕

At first, Salt can be a little shy — but give him a bit of patience and a lot of love, and you’ll uncover his true self: a cuddle bug who adores being close and giving gentle puppy kisses. He’s an excellent kisser, seriously 10/10, just saying. 😘

Salt loves to play and romp with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident canine friend and a securely fenced yard for all his goofy zoomies. He’s silly, affectionate, and will do anything for a piece of cheese! 🧀

At night, Salt snoozes soundly in his crate. He is working hard on potty training, and just starting to figure out that leashes = fun times ahead! 🤩 He is ready to learn, at his own pace, with the right person guiding him. Salt does need another dog in the home—a confident role model who can show him how to be a dog and help him feel safe. He is much more willing to try when he sees another dog calmly doing things he finds scary.
