Our beloved Wasabi has a lot of energy and we do not. I am disabled and can no longer give him what he needs. Our dog, his buddy, is a senior and has slowed down. My partner works a lot. What Wasabi really needs is a house with cats or kids - he needs attention and activity!
Other than his high energy and social needs, Sabi is the perfect boy. Our vet describes his health as "robust" and says he's in his prime. We've had him for almost 6 years. We are keeping his weight low so he does not become high-risk for feline diabetes. No litter issues, doesn't even bite or use his claws.
He is very sweet and lovable, makes us belly laugh on the regular, likes being occasionally held like a baby and jostled and sung to. He cannot be an outdoor cat because he would not make it. He cuddles in bed and it's adorable. We will miss him but he will have a happier life with a family who can give him the love and attention he needs and deserves! Is this you?
