My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Savanna is in a foster home. ***

Savanna #19922: gray tabby & white, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 6/28/25

Cats: enjoys playmates
Dogs: hasn’t met
Children: gentle all ages

BACKGROUND: Five kittens were extremely underweight when they were found in Chula Vista. With the TLC they got in foster care, they began to thrive and were soon ready to charm the world!

PERSONALITY: Savanna is an absolute sweetheart who is very friendly though passive about taking the initiative. She loves play and pets equally, and her favorite time is when her people bring out the wand toys! Savanna will also come up with her own games and you’ll see her frisking about with little mice and other toys she can bat around. She’s an affectionate girl who appreciates a little adjustment time and then turns into a terrific purry companion.

COMPATIBILITY: We recommend a youthful-minded kitty friend as a playmate for Savanna, though she likes some introductions before fully blending and can be all right as a solo cat so long as her people have plenty of time to play with her. She hasn’t properly met dogs yet, though would likely be fine with a calm well-mannered canine as well as gentle kids of all ages.

When the sweet sounds of nature come wrapped in purrs… how can you resist?
