My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maybe is the cuddliest, most loyal girl you'll ever meet. She does great with most dogs, knows basic commands and can be taught pretty much anything, uses potty bells & understands a surprising amount of language. She’s good on a leash, a great roadtrip buddy & as active as you want her to be. Once she trusts you, she is an absolute cuddlebug.

She needs a child-free, cat-free home with few visitors & someone willing to put in the time to earn her trust. She listens & does fine in a fenced yard or in a bedroom. She does great at her doggy daycare.

We tried every way to make it work with our new baby, but it isn’t possible. I just know there has to be an experienced dog person out there who would make a perfect second and final home for my sweet girl. She’s very well behaved, but her challenges are new people, prey drive & some herding behavior.

I’ve worked with many trainers and behaviorists (never a vet behaviorist) and would be happy to pay for more training for the right adopter.
