Meet Pickle – A Little Spitfire Looking for Her Forever Home
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Color: Dilute Tortoiseshell
Gender: Female
Born: May 2025
Rescue Origin: Pulled from Orange County Animal Services
Pickle is a spirited little girl with a side of attitude. Rescued as a tiny kitten from the Orange County shelter, she’s been growing up in the care of our rescue, slowly learning that the world can be a kind and gentle place.
This beautiful dilute tortie is timid by nature and will need a patient, understanding adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to feel safe and is not intimidated by a little hissing. While she's not the type to demand attention, Pickle does allow gentle interaction and petting—and if you’re lucky, you might hear her soft purr as she begins to trust.
She gets along well with other cats and would do best in a calm home, ideally with a feline companion to help her feel more secure. No young children. With time, consistency, and love, Pickle has the potential to blossom into a loyal companion.
If you believe in the magic of quiet connections and are ready for the challenge of earning a cat's affection, Pickle might be the perfect match for you
