My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tom!
Tom is a sweet, food-motivated guy who just needs a little time to warm up to new people — but once he trusts you, he loves gentle pets and attention. Want to be his new best friend? Bring Churus — they're the way to his heart!

Tom is FIV-positive, but don't let that worry you. FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives and can even live with other cats as long as everyone gets along.

While he’s not quite a lap cat (yet!), Tom is making great progress and shows more affection every day. He’s looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue to blossom.

More about this rescue

Feral Cats Count is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that focuses on TNR (Trap Neuter Return) and educating the public about the importance of spaying and neutering. We also assist with food and finding low cost options for the public in need, whenever possible. Sometimes the cats we intend to TNR aren't ferals, so we try to place them in suitable homes once they're vetted.
