This exquisitely tiny (under 5 pounds) lady, decked out in the finest fall colors, is something of an enigma. She hides, and yet she can't get enough love. Lure her out of hiding and she won't stop begging for more pets. Touch her belly and she rolls over to let you pet it. She needs someone patient enough to gently lure her out and disciplined enough to keep her on the special diet she needs. Mellie has a misshapen colon that can make it hard for her to poop, but she's had no problems at all now that she's on a special high fiber diet. She would probably do well with another calm cat, but also is fine solo. She also needs a foster while she's waiting for a permanent home.
