Meet Coco! 🐾
Coco is an 8-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit that defies her age. Don’t let the number fool you — this sweet girl still has plenty of energy and loves to have fun! Found as a stray and never reclaimed, Coco is now looking for a forever home where she can finally settle in and be someone's loyal companion. She’s truly just a big baby at heart — affectionate, silly, and full of personality. We've noticed she doesn't hear very well, but it's hard to tell if it’s hearing loss or if she’s just playfully ignoring us. Either way, it only adds to her charm! Because she came in as a stray, we don’t know how she does with other animals or children, and we’re unsure if she’s house or crate trained. What we do know is that she’s heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready for a fresh start with a family who will love her for all that she is. If you're looking for a loving, playful companion with a gentle soul and a goofy side, Coco might just be your perfect match. 🐶❤️

Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
