My name is Vinnie!

Vinnie was rescued at just five weeks old after spending two days trapped inside the engine of a car on a hot June day. A mechanic heard her cries and carefully freed her, saving her life. She arrived in foster care tiny, dehydrated, and scared, but with patience and love, she learned to trust people and feel safe.

Now, Vinnie is a sweet, affectionate lap cat who loves being close to her person. She’s shy at first but warms up quickly and enjoys gentle attention and cuddles. Her purr hums like a little motor, especially when she’s snuggled under a blanket or relaxing in her human’s lap. She loves chasing the cat dancer and pom-pom balls, running on the cat wheel, and taking cozy naps after playtime.

Vinnie would do best in a calm, quiet home with older, gentle children. She’d enjoy having another friendly cat or being the center of attention. When she wants love, she lets you know with soft little squeaks.
