And now, a few words from me:

Hi, I’m Emma! When I first moved into my foster home, I was really scared. Everything was new and big. Luckily, my best friend Alice was with me to help me feel safe - we love to snuggle, and she shows me how to be brave.

I’ve discovered that there’s a whole big world to explore, and I’m so curious about it, even if I'm a little nervous. I always check to make sure Alice is nearby before I investigate something new. I’m still a little shy around new people, but I promise I’m always gentle and kind.

Some of my favorite things are walks with my foster mom, yummy treats, quiet naps with my sister, and the new game we play called chase! I’m still learning how to walk on a leash, but I love all the new smells and experiences. Stairs are a little tricky for me; I can go up a few, but going down feels like I’m at the top of a roller coaster! Life felt scary at first, but now that I have Alice and my foster mom, I’m really starting to feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a gentle, cuddly duo, Alice and I could be the perfect match for you!

And now, a few words from my foster mom:

Emma is a gentle, sweet, and observant little dog. While she is timid when meeting new people, she has a deep well of affection for those she trusts. It has been an absolute joy to watch her blossom and discover the world at her own pace. Coming from a mill, she is learning about all the simple pleasures of being a dog for the first time.

Her confidence is growing every day. She is starting to truly enjoy her walks and will wrestle with her sister in the backyard. Emma is brave enough to tackle a few steps going up, but she has not yet conquered going down. She will need a patient family willing to help her build her confidence. Emma relies heavily on her sister Alice for support, and their bond is incredibly special. They must be adopted together. Emma is a truly wonderful dog who will reward a calm and loving home with unwavering loyalty.
