My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet 2 yr old Brody Boy!

This handsome sweetheart is a true survivor — he came from one of the LA shelters and almost didn’t make it out. Thank goodness he did, because we can honestly say: you won’t find a more amazing dog!

Brody is about 45 pounds (may fill out closer to 50), and seems to be an Australian Shepherd mix with a bit of that Bernese Mountain Dog look—just in a more manageable size.

He’s:

Neutered and fully vetted

House-trained and crate-trained

Excellent on leash

Great with other dogs

Loving, gentle, and playful

There’s truly nothing “wrong” with this boy—he’s the full package: sweet, smart, loyal, and ready to be your best friend. He’d make an amazing family dog or a wonderful companion for someone who wants a loyal buddy by their side.

✨ Don’t overlook this gem—Brody Boy is one of those rare dogs who has it all. He’s ready for his forever home, and he deserves the very best.

Get your application in today—he won’t be available for long!

Additional adoption info

Adult dogs require a $450 adoption fee. This covers their spay or neuter, vaccinations (including Rabies), and microchipping as well as anything else that the dog may need to bring him or her to the healthiest state possible before adoption (i.e. dental cleaning, tumor removal, rounds of antibiotics, etc.)

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit public charity that solely relies on volunteers and donors to support our efforts. With the public's support, we are able to rescue euthanasia-listed dogs from shelters all over California, bring them into a loving environment and nurture them back to health and then help them to find their forever home and family.
