Goofball is a stray adult (age unknown) male. He showed up at our house 3 months ago and never left. He uses the cat box with no issues, is up to date on his shots, microchipped, neutered, and has gotten his blood tests done. Overall he is healthy, but he has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Ideally, he will be with someone who has experience with stray cats and cats that have FIV or someone who is patient and willing to learn. Over the months we have had him, we learned he hisses at people he doesn't trust (no longer at us), and he does his best not to nip and scratch. He still does both rarely when very annoyed, but he redirects easily. He is too smart sometimes and learns well. He loves pets and company to lay down, but does not seem to be a lap cat (yet). Inside his tough-guy exterior he is a soft kitten who just needs someone loving and patient. Goofball does not know his name, so feel free to rename him when you choose this guy as your new best friend forever.
