Meet Jersey

Jersey is a sweet and sassy six-month-old. She will come up to you, sit, and wait until you either pet her belly or decide to play, bouncing a ping pong ball for her to catch. She can also take care of herself when you're away, relaxing by her favorite window and entertaining herself with her toys. When she rubs your leg, it’s time to cuddle, and she likes being held like a baby as you tell her what a cutie she is. After all, this Jersey girl is ready to hang out with you.

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
