My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mocha & Matcha. These sweet little girls were found as stray kittens when they were very small. They have been growing and thriving and now these girls are ready to find their forever home.

Matcha might be a little shy at first but once she knows you, she’s the most friendly and cuddliest kitty ever. She loves food, especially churu treats; she goes crazy for it. She will not leave you alone when she knows you are preparing her food. She loves attention, pets and snuggles. She will take a nap on you or right next to you and she’ll make sure a part of her body is touching you. When she’s comfortable, she often forgets to put her tongue away. She so silly and cute!
She’s a high energy kitty and always plays with her sister, Mocha. She loves chasing after a ball, a string toy, or anything that moves!

Mocha is gentle and affectionate kitty. It might take a few days to few weeks for her to get used to a new environment and people, but once she feels safe, she seeks attention by walking through your legs. She snuggles with you on couch and purrs. She’s playful and loves to play tag with her sister. Mocha is actually the mischievous one who loves exploring. She’s quite food motivated now and she will gladly accept churu treats. Mocha is afraid of loud noises and she sometimes gets spooked if you move quickly suddenly. But once you pet her, she calms down and starts purring immediately. She doesn’t like to be picked up or held but she’ll come to you on her own pace.

These two girls are a great match for one another so we are looking for a home where they will be kept together. They are not comfortable with dogs or children, but could do Ok in a home with older teens or where there is another cat. However, they do not require a home with other pets since they'll have each other.
