🐾 Meet Midnight — A Gentle Soul Looking for His Final, Loving Chapter 🐾
Age: 9–10 years Breed: Black domestic shorthair Personality: Affectionate, gentle, friendly, sun-loving Special Considerations: Serious heart condition; takes medication twice daily
Midnight is a sweet, calm, and deeply affectionate black kitty who is ready to spend his remaining time in the comfort of a loving home. At 9–10 years old, he has a serious heart condition that requires medication twice a day.
We are seeking a special family to give Midnight the peace, love, and warmth he deserves. We welcome both foster and adoptive applicants. We would provide training and information to his family to ensure they are confident managing his medications. MHS would also make all of his vet records available, and his adopters would be able to consult with the vet who has treated Midnight.
Foster: All medical care and medications are fully covered by us.
Adoption: His medication can be purchased through MHS at the shelter’s discounted rate.
Midnight may not know how much time he has left, but he does know he wants to spend it with someone who will cherish him. He is gentle, friendly, and enjoys nothing more than relaxing in a sunny spot or sitting quietly with his humans.
Midnight would prefer to be the only cat, as other kitties can cause him stress and make it harder for him to navigate. A home with children is perfectly fine—he is patient, loving, and happy to receive gentle attention.
If you have room in your heart and home for a truly special companion, Midnight is ready to fill your days with quiet love and gratitude. 🖤🌞
