My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howdy! My name is Stetson, like the big hat made in Texas. My foster mom says I'm going to be a BIG dog so she named me Stetson cuz everything is BIG in Texas! I am an Italian Mastiff and Shepherd mix pup born on July 13th 2025. I love to play with my foster brother and I also like to chill with my foster family. I am crate trained and good at doing my business outside. I know a few basic commands and doing pretty good on my leash training too! Do I sound like your perfect pup? I would love to meet you!
Stetson's forever family must have a fenced-in yard and live within an hour of Toledo. Due to high volume, inquiries made on petfinder and adoptapet will not be answered. Please complete an application on our website https://toledospetbullproject.com/adoption/

More about this rescue

Toledo's PET Bull Project rescues dogs and puppies from our local community. Our mission is to Prevent animal cruelty and dog fighting in our community; to Educate on the importance of spay & neuter; and to Train people to be good advocates for their pet, whatever their breed.

Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed; vet and landlord checks, if applicable, will be done. If everything checks out, the application will be sent to the foster. The foster will then review it and will contact you to discuss said application.
