My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ziploc. What kind of name is that? We’re not totally sure, but we’re 99% certain he’s airtight, resealable, and guaranteed to keep your snacks safe. Or maybe he was just really good at sealing himself into places he didn’t belong. Either way, the name stuck… and honestly, it suits him.

He found his way to ACS after his previous family faced the “C-word” (Cancer) and could no longer care for the large number of cats they loved. Because of all the change, Ziploc needs a little time to settle in.

Ziploc has lived the indoor–outdoor lifestyle and could happily do either, depending on your setup. He’s the kind of guy who just needs the right environment, a sprinkle of patience, and a consistent routine to truly shine.

If you’re looking for a cool, quirky cat with a name you’ll be explaining at parties forever, Ziploc might be your perfect match. Just open your heart… he promises not to spill.
