My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Give a warm welcome to Turk. This 9-year-old Shepherd Mix just needs someone to open their hearts and home for him. He’s a gentle 88lb guy who’s slow to walk when he chooses to walk. Turk is a loyal guy, but feels out of place here at the shelter after his owner passed away. It takes time warming up to new people; he prefers the people he trusts and those are the ones he truly loves. He’s a particular guy who needs a special home with low-foot traffic and a family who understands he doesn’t share. A quiet home with a calm, loving family and plenty of cozy blankets is all he dreams of every night.
