My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Lily is one of four siblings born in a garage on Easter Sunday. She is a snuggler and is very playful with her siblings. She could be adopted with her sister Iris, or one of her brothers, Finn or Birch (her twin). She has the orange spot on the right side of her nose while Birch has an orange spot across his nose. She also gets along with the older foster cats in her home. She will definitely need a playmate to keep her entertained.

If you would like to know more about Lily or are interested in possibly adopting, email us at purrfectmatch13@gmail.com or call 920-234-5995. To potentially adopt, we ask that you fill out a non-binding adoption application on our website: http://purrfectmatch.rescuegroups.org/forms.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

A potential adopter must complete an application. It will be sent to the Board of Directors for approval. Upon approval, a home visit is done (either with or without the animal(s)). If all goes well, the animal will stay at the home. There is a two-week probationary period where either the adoptive parents or the foster parents can determine the animal should not stay. If this happens during the two weeks, adoption fees are returned. At the time of the adoption, a contract is signed. The adopter is given a full medical history, microchip information, etc. If applicable, a microchip transfer fee will be attained. The adoption fee for a kitten is $75. Any additional kitten is $25. A cat (1 - 6 years) is $40. Additional cat (1 - 6 years) is $20. Senior cats (7 and above) are $20. Puppies (up to 1 year) are $250. Dogs (1 - 6 years) are $150. Senior dogs (7 and above) are $100. Tax of 5% will be added to all adoptions within the state of Wisconsin.
