Pookie is one of the first fosters to greet her foster mom when she comes into the room looking for some head rubs. Pookie is on the calmer side but does enjoy some playtime.
She would do best in a quiet household without small children. We feel she wouldn't have any issues with older, respectful children.

It takes a few days to a week to review applications. We will be in communication with you during this process.

Meetings are arranged at the foster home or at an adoption event.

To begin the adoption process, you must fill out an application. You must be 21 years old to be considered for adoption. We require personal references including a vet and /or landlord (if applicable). If you have not adopted through us previously, we may require a home visit prior to adoption. All adopted cats must be kept indoors and up to date with vet care, including yearly wellness exams.
Your adoption donation allows us to provide the following vet care for each of our fosters.
*Spay or Neuter
*Rabies Vaccination
*Distemper Combo vaccinations
*Feline Leukemia/FIV testing
*Worming medications
*Flea Treatments
Any medical issue that arises in our care is addressed prior to adoption. Upon adoption, you receive a copy of medical records which will cover all care provided by our vets.
