Meet Bosco! He is around 4-5 years old and weighs 15 lbs and looking for his forever family!
Bosco came to us after his owner entered hospice care. He was in a home with over 20 other dogs, covered in mats and ticks, and was in need of vet care and lots of love when he came to us.
It was clear he didn't get a lot of individual attention in his old life but he has really started to blossom in his foster home! He is shy and takes some time to warm up to new people but can be bribed with treats! Once he gets a feel for you, he is sweet and friendly.
Bosco is doing well learning house training and is working on kennel training. He is doing well on a leash too! He would do best in a home with a person or family that can give him patience and help him keep learning.
This scruffy little guy does great with other dogs (after all, he did spend a LOT of time with a LOT of other dogs in his past life). We're not sure how he may be with cats. Bosco hasn't lived around children but would likely do fine in a home with children old enough to give him space and patience to adjust to a new family and environment.
If you are looking for a sweet companion and think your home may be a good fit for Bosco, apply to meet/adopt him here - https://muttmisfits.org/contact/adoption-application/ You can also email inquiries to muttmisfitsadoptions@gmail.com
Bosco is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue whose mission is to help unwanted animals in situations that could lead to harm or euthanasia. We primarily focus on animals with major medical illnesses, injuries or advanced age that are often overlooked and usually the first to be at risk of euthanasia. By partnering with shelters and the public, we promote responsible pet ownership, spay and neuter, and the adoption of special needs pets. It is our goal to save the un-savable!
