Bucky has a few years on him, but will make a wonderful companion for the right person. He can sit, stay, down on command (especially for Pupperoni). His owner is no longer able to care for herself or her pets. He is not terribly active and happy to lounge on the sofa! He's a friend who just wants to be with you :) He appears to have a grass allergy, and is on Apoquil for this, which is a prescription medication, but he might do well on zyrtec, which he hasn't tried. He has had excellent veterinary care his entire life, and his teeth are in great shape.
Over the years he has tried some bad behaviors, which were not corrected, and has had maybe four or five incidents of food and leash aggression (hey, nobody's perfect!), so he needs to go to an experienced owner who will make him sit and stay before meals. He has not been around children.
He will be a great companion for someone who is willing to give him a chance, and spend a little time bringing out his princely side!
