My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Putman is in a foster home searching for his forever family! If you are interested in meeting him, call or text the Lifesaving Team at 864-467-3985.

Putman is a gentle, sensitive, and affectionate boy who loves a calm environment. He may hiss when startled, but he’s never swatted and becomes incredibly sweet once he feels safe. He enjoys pets, makes biscuits, and is obsessed with being brushed. He’s fully litter trained, quiet when home alone, and settles beautifully with a patient, gentle approach.

—Best suited for: A quiet home; older children
—Training: Fully litter trained
—Alone time: Does well when left alone; no signs of separation anxiety
—Energy level: Low; calm and lounging most of the day
—Personality: Affectionate, Cautious, Shy, Sweet, Loving once comfortable
—Favorite activities: Getting brushed (his absolute favorite), Lounging, Gentle pets
—Top treat/food: Wet food
—Fun facts: Completely in love with his brush; gains confidence quickly with soothing voices and slow movements; makes biscuits when happy.

Adoption includes vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, microchip, and spay/neuter (if applicable).
