🐾 Meet Elvis! 🐾

Elvis is an 11-month-old medium mixed-breed pup who’s up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, dewormed, and flea & tick treated.

He came to us after suffering a broken pelvis, and thanks to lots of rest and excellent medical care, he’s made a wonderful recovery. He may always walk or sit a little differently, but it doesn’t hold him back — he’s still eager for every adventure that comes his way.

Elvis is very talkative, playful, and full of charm. He loves interacting with people and has a fun, expressive personality that makes him a joy to be around.

If you’re looking for a resilient, affectionate companion with a big heart and a silly streak, Elvis is ready to brighten your life!

Come to the shelter to see all the cats and dogs that are up for adoption.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our shelter staff will review the adoption contract with adopters.

Pay Fee

Male dog adoption fee $100 Female dog adoption fee $125 Cat and kitten adoption fee $40

4.
Take the Pet Home

After our shelter staff goes over all the medical and micro-chipping information you will be ready to go!

Come meet our adoptable pets! Our shelter is located at 201 Willinger Lane in Jeffersonville Indiana. Our adoption hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday from 11-5 or Saturday from 11-3. We share events on our website and facebook page so make sure to follow us!

The Jeffersonville Animal Shelter is owned and operated by the City of Jeffersonville, and provides animal shelter services to all of Clark County through a series of inter-local agreements.

Our mission is to provide every animal that enters the shelter with the best care possible. We want them to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while awaiting their forever homes.
