What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
My foster parents would say that I’m HANDSOME, distinguished, extremely affectionate, playful, and submissive. I want to run, jump, and play but I can be a very good boy and just chill, if needed. I was found abandoned on the side of the road with my protégé, BLUE (pictured). When we were dumped, I was so scared and we waited in the same spot for 3 days, but no one came to pick us up! We were homeless for two weeks in the TEXAS HEAT, because we were skeptical of the nice people who tried to get us to come to them. We didn’t know it then, but they just wanted us to be safe and loved.
We have first rounds of shots (due for boosters), are on Simparica Trio for flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and have current rabies vaccine. We were given a dewormer before being allowed to play with our foster family’s dogs. I’m a little younger (~12mos.) than my protégé, BLUE. I’m thinner & lighter. I AM SPEED!
BLUE and I have been been monitored for health/behavior and are ready for our forever home!
