My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HELLO?! It’s me — Lily!

The stunning, one-of-a-kind, can’t-believe-she’s-still-here girl. I mean… did you see my first post? This level of beauty does not belong in a kennel.

I’m about 2 years old, full of personality, and honestly? I know my worth. I get a little wild in my kennel (I’ve got energy and opinions!), but the second I’m out, I’m chill, affectionate, and totally lovable — basically the full package.

I was left outside all by myself (tragic, I know), so now I’m all about that human love and attention. I’m not too keen on other dogs, but I did meet Sammy, the shelter’s boss cat. I thought he was okay. He tried to play it cool, but trust me — he’s a fan. Everyone is.

I have one small confession though. I am in need of some training. I’ll need some one on one time to learn my manners and how to keep my kennel clean. Luckily our volunteers have plenty of training resources available for my potential adopter.

So… who’s ready to be seen with me? I promise to make you look good and love you even better.

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
