Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I rescued this bonded pair from DAS for my parents after their beloved lab passed, and they’ve been such a joy. Unfortunately, our family’s living situation has changed and we are no longer to keep them together. We believe Matcha is 5 years old (darker in color) and Kuka is 3 (mostly white in color).
Watching them play together is the sweetest thing, they want to be together all the time. Their personalities have really started to shine in the time we’ve had them. Both are so affectionate and clever- already picking up on sit, back, and down. It’s obvious they endured a lot together with previous owners, so it’s amazing to see how their happy & trusting demeanor has persevered.
They would do best in a structured home with older kids or adults as they haven’t quite learned personal space yet. And though they may take some time to get used to other dogs, they would do well in a home with or without existing pets.
Matcha is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.

Adopting from The Love Pit means gaining a family member. It means gaining a network of pit bull advocates, ready to support you and provide you with all of the resources we can. Most importantly, adopting from The Love Pit saves lives. When you adopt, you're saving the life of your own dog, opening space in their foster home for another shelter dog in need, and creating space in the shelter kennel for a dog whose life would have otherwise been on the line. Your thanks for all the good you've done? Lots of love and pit bull kisses to enjoy for years to come.
