Meet Whisper, a tender-hearted puppy who hears with his soul instead of his ears 🐶💙. Deaf but deeply intuitive, Whisper finds joy in cuddles, chew toys, and quietly watching the world go by—whether through a window or on a leash-led stroll. He adores other dogs and longs to play, sometimes a bit too enthusiastically. Because he can't hear their corrections, he needs patient canine companions who can help him learn the ropes with kindness. Whisper is all love, all heart, and ready to find a home that understands his unique way of connecting, especially if that connection includes lots of cuddles!
