Bounce is a particularly lovely bun, with her silver-tipped white fur and big brown eyes. She was left outside at Orange County Animal Services in a laundry basket, hence her fabric-softener-themed name. She is on the small side, but don’t be fooled! What she lacks in size she more than makes up for in attitude. This is a tough bun who knows what she wants. She is still wary of humans but is slowly warming up to the idea of being petted. She does not like to be picked up. Bounce loves all the hidey boxes and toys in her pen and is suspicious of anyone rearranging these items. If you enter her pen she may reprimand you with a disapproving grunt. She also loves the (gentle) cat in her foster home, and the two of them will play together when Bounce is out free roaming. Bounce’s ideal forever home would include loving humans who appreciate her, plenty of free roam time - and perhaps a friendly cat.
We adopt to indoor homes only! If you are interested in adopting a bunny from Orlando Rabbit Care and Adoptions, or would like more information on rabbit care, please visit our website at: http://www.orlandorabbit.org. The first step in our adoption process is to complete an adoption application, which can be found here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/55856/generic . Then one of our volunteers will reach out to you via email to schedule a time to speak with you. If you don’t see the email in a day or two, please check your spam folder!
Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.
