My name is Lil’ Elle (Ellie)!

Ellie is a petite, 3–4-year-old sweetheart weighing about 10 pounds, with a big heart packed into a small body. She is incredibly warm and loving, happiest when she’s curled up beside you or quietly following you from room to room. Ellie is a true companion dog—once she feels safe and at home, she bonds deeply and will stay right by your side.

While Ellie is gentle and kind, she’s far from boring. She has an endearing goofy streak that comes out when she’s comfortable, and her little quirks are impossible not to smile at. She loves to cuddle, enjoys her walks, and does very well on a leash.

Ellie does especially well with women and has a naturally sweet, soft demeanor. She can be a bit timid around men, particularly tall men, but with patience and calm introductions, she continues to build confidence. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and seems to especially enjoy the company of larger dogs. Ellie would thrive either as the only dog in a calm home or alongside a confident, larger alpha dog who can help her feel secure.

She would be a great fit for a household with older children who can respect her gentle nature. Ellie is loyal, affectionate, and ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished.

Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period.
