My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A Truly Special Dog Deserves a Truly Special Home Doc is a 3–4 year old Great Pyrenees whose gentle soul and majestic presence make him unforgettable. With a cloud-soft coat and eyes full of quiet wisdom, he’s more than just a handsome face—he’s a loyal companion searching for someone who understands him.
Doc thrives with structure and purpose. Protective by nature, he’s looking for a home that’s steady, confident, and leads with kindness. He doesn’t need perfection—just someone who sees him clearly and offers the calm, loving guidance he responds to best.
✅ Crate trained ✅ House trained ✅ Dog-friendly (especially with the ladies) ✅ Affectionate, playful, and devoted
Doc dreams of a securely fenced yard where he can do what Pyrenees do best—watch over his domain with quiet pride. Ideally, he’ll find that haven somewhere in the Pittsburgh area.
He’s ready to give his heart. Are you ready to give him a home?

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

If interested in one of our rescues, you will need to fill out our adoption survey. To insure a safe environment for our dogs, we do home and yard checks. Great Pyrenees need a securely fenced in yard for safe play and exercise. Our adoption fee is contingent on the dogs vetting cost.

Go meet their pets

Since our dogs are kept with private families in a foster home setting... meeting our dogs is set up by an appointment. Thank you for understanding.
