Charlie is approximately two years old. We got him when he was around eight weeks old. Unfortunately, we didn't realize how big he would get and we live in a townhouse and do not feel he has enough room here to be completely comfortable. Our landlord prefers smaller pets only; we have cats with which he does get along. We have no yard, so he really has nowhere to run. Charlie is a very sweet dog, but he is hyper and that is the poodle in him. He just wants to be loved and wants attention. He is a big baby! We are choosing to re-home him mostly for his own well-being. He deserves a better life than we can give him currently.
He is 100% house-trained and has never had an accident inside. He can sit, lay down, beg, shake hands, etc. He's had a little bit of training from a professional but could use more for behavioral type issues, such as jumping up on people because he gets so excited. I would say that has been our biggest challenge. But he is smart and can learn for sure!
