He’s got a lot of big feelings, but the good news? Jack is making huge strides in training and working hard every day to be his best self. Because of those feelings, he’ll thrive as the only animal in the home, as he is dog selective and prefers to keep his inner circle small. He does participate in daily, controlled playgroups and is doing great but being an only dog is just his ideal setup.
Jack may not be the kind of dog who tags along to busy events or crowded outing...and that’s okay! He’d much rather enjoy a calm, quiet walk at a peaceful park, where he can relax, sniff, and just be his wonderful self. To make walks easier our retreat team will happily show you how to support his training and help him continue all the progress he’s already made. He’s even training alongside other dogs now, which is a huge win for this little legend.

He’s toy-OBSESSED, wildly food motivated, and absolutely adores his people...bonding quickly and wholeheartedly once you’re in his inner circle. He LOVES to train and use his brain. Mental work makes him so happy, and he’ll need an adopter who’s excited to keep training and enrichment as part of his daily routine, that’s the key to Jack being his happiest, most confident self.
