Hi, Im Baxter. Life didnt start out easy for me. I came from a pretty unsanitary situation before Atlanta Humane rescued me and showed me what kindness feels like. Im still learning how to fully trust and navigate the world, but I have made such amazing progress and am really starting to enjoy life as a normal dog. Underneath my cautious beginnings is a heart thats so ready to love. Once I feel safe, youll see just how incredibly sweet and affectionate I can be!<br/><br/>I love playing outside and soaking up fresh air. Im a gentle, playful guy who likes to have fun with the people I trust most. Watching me open up and gain confidence has been so special - and my future family will get to see that beautiful journey continue.
