My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Goji is temporarily living in a foster home until they find their family. If you would like to meet Goji, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our Adoptions Specialists, so we can ensure they are here to meet you when you arrive. Please click “Adopt Goji” to complete an interest survey and one of our Adoptions Specialists will connect with you to set up an appointment!*

Goji is a young, playful girl full of curiosity, affection, and personality. When she’s in the mood for love, she’ll wrap her tiny body around you as if to say “these pets are mine.” She enjoys company and likes being near her people, even though she’s also perfectly capable of entertaining herself.

Goji is an active, inquisitive kitty who loves small toys and Churu treats, and she’s especially fond of head pets that turn into long, full-body scritches. Cozy hiding spots and a warm place—like a heating pad—are her favorite.

She can live with other cats as long as they respect her boundaries. Goji prefers calm, non-pushy feline companions and does not enjoy being chased or engaged in rough play. If another cat gets too intense, she will hiss to ask for space. She’s happy to share toys and coexist peacefully, but she’s not a big fan of wrestling or constant play.

Goji does best when interactions are calm and respectful. She doesn’t like being approached too quickly, picked up, or having faces too close to hers, and she may swat if her boundaries are ignored. That said, she doesn’t mind household noises and thrives when given time, choice, and space.

Goji would be a wonderful match for someone who appreciates a playful, affectionate cat with clear boundaries—a companion who loves deeply, plays hard, and knows exactly what she likes.
