This is Hamilton , he has stupendous whiskers and long, long legs . He's quite the looker ! Hamilton was wandering in traffic at just 5 weeks old , and now is looking for a loving forever home . From day one he has taken flawlessly to both pee pads and litter box. He's not crazy about bath time , but does a great job at keeping himself clean and fresh and is very patient with nail trims. He has done great in the carrier , the car and even at the vet . He is not at all bothered by wearing a harness when needed and has been a great companion when accompanying us to work. Hamilton is accustomed to the chaos of a busy household and has done well around big noises like the vacuum, he is just a pretty chill dude that rolls with the program . He knows his name and is even starting to understand it's time to stop when you say no.
Hamilton is a sweet cuddler and a real people cat, big time . Watch your step, he'll stick right with you and likes to quietly sneak between your feet ! A definite lap cat , 100% - but he is mastering the shoulder as well! He will climb right into your lap when you settle down, gaze up at you with big golden loving eyes and give a gentle little yip when he thinks there is not enough eye contact, kisses and head bumps going on . While he's got you on the sofa, his favorite show is "George the Mouse " on Youtube.
If you don't like purring , Hamilton is not for you , this kitty has a V-12 under the hood and doesn't care if the whole house rumbles from it. He is particularly fond of little wool balls, feathers, & jingley worms. but is also becoming a high-tech guy that likes motorized toys and is a champ at the fishing game on the tablet. Perfectly entertained on his own , but loves his time with people. He also has done great playing with older cats that have been teaching him the ropes. He has been a real pleasure and easy to work with. He's brave and inquisitive, but properly cautious with new situations like heights.
Hamilton's must haves : 1. Kisses. 2. Eye Contact 3. A warm lap. If you can do that , you're gonna have the happiest , sweetest little friend forever
