Introducing Bourbon

This beautiful 2 year old tortoiseshell girl, along with Mimosa (also listed), was found abandoned inside a home after the people moved away. Thankfully, they were found and brought to Forget Me Not!

Bourbon loves people, does well with other cats, and is absolutely convinced she can catch that little red dot! She say "you can't fool me with those fake feathers," but get out the laser toy and she KNOWS she Must. Murder. It.

Inside scoop: for cats that love a laser toy, we recommend ending the laser play session by leading the laser to something special, like a Churu treat on a saucer, to allow the cat to "catch" their prey and get a reward.

Since Bourbon's former people ditched her without giving anyone any information about her, we don't know if she was indoor only or if she might enjoy an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. So far, she seems pretty content to hang out in her Meow Manor room and on the attached screened porch.

We will update soon with the results of a dog test, to know if Bourbon will welcome a canine companion, or if she feels doggos are worse than the red dot.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Bourbon is a suggested minimum of $50 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
