Meet Dig!
Dig is a charming 5-year-old Beagle, weighing approximately 27 pounds. With his black, brown, and white coat, he’s as handsome as he is friendly.

Dig was found as a stray and is now ready to find his forever family. He’s affectionate, loving, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking to share adventures and cuddles.

Dig does well with other dogs but prefers to not have any cats in the house!

He gets along well with children.

We require all adopters to complete an application and pay an adoption fee. Adoption fees vary, but are usually $160 to $185. We may do a vet reference check and/or home visit.

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
