My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ramadi: The Three-Legged Wonder of Whiskers and Chaos!

Looking for a partner in crime for your current cat—or maybe just a snuggle bug who doubles as your personal comedian? Ramadi is your guy! He’s equal parts teddy bear and goofball, a cat who will melt into your lap for pets and scritches (and yes, he graciously allows human kisses).

When he’s not soaking up affection, Ramadi keeps himself entertained with imaginary hunts and spontaneous zoomie sessions. He’s a tripod, but don’t tell him that—he hasn’t noticed! This fearless feline hops, climbs, and pounces like a pro.

Ramadi’s also the ultimate social butterfly. He loves making his “rounds” to check on what everyone’s up to and is politely curious about the resident dog, so a home with a cat-friendly pup would be just fine by him. Still, what he really wants is another kitty buddy to wrestle, chase, and nap with.

If you’re looking for a cat who’s equal parts heart-melter and hilarity machine, Ramadi’s ready to make your home his playground.

PLEASE READ: If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting, please apply online at www.catdogfriendrescue.com. Please do NOT call or send inquiries via Adopt A Pet or PetFinder as we are a small rescue and cannot handle a large influx of inquiries and phone calls. You can email us at acatsfriendinc@gmail.com if you have questions, but if you would like to be considered for adoption, you must fill out an application. Please note if you are applying for a kitten under six months of age, you must have another friendly kitty in the home or adopt another kitten. Additionally, unless otherwise indicted that this animal is a purebred, all of our animals are rescues and the "breed" selection is a best guess based on their apperance as we have no way of knowing their specific breeds.  Out of state adoptions (outside Virginia/DC/Maryland) do require three years of excellent past or current veterinary references. We look forward to hearing from you! Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter and microchip insertion.  Please note these are not pedigree animals and we have no way of attesting if any of them are hypoallergenic and as such cannot adopt to homes with allergies.
