Leia is a really good companion, she takes time to warm up to other dogs but it is not impossible since she currently has three companions that she lives well with. She is a true lap dog and does well on a leash. She is extremely loyal and will snuggle you until you tell her to stop. The only reason we want to rehome is we currently have four dogs and two children under the age of two. We no longer have the capacity to care for all four dogs giving them the attention they deserve. Leia is great with older kids, around 3yrs+, and would be their absolute best friend and cuddle buddy for life. She is also extremely food motivated and her pointer genes are evident. If you wanted to train her to retrieve game, that would likely be a non-issue. Adoption fee is simply for serious adopters, we would use it to send you a bag of her current dog food, dental chews, and preventative joint treats we give all our dogs.
