Meet Smokey

Did you know Smokey is addictive?   When you hang out with Smokey,  people will think you're cool! Everyone will want to borrow Smokey from you, but the answer to that is No!

The good news is, the Smokey WE know and love, will not cause serious illness. You WILL become addicted to him and people will definitely think that Smokey is the coolest; therefore you are too!

Introducing Smokey! A gorgeous solid black, medium hair, annoyingly friendly kitty who happens to be very habit forming!!  He's an extremely people oriented, up in your business kind of kitty!  He's a love bug!!  He is estimated to be between 1-1/2 and 2 years of age.

Smokey LOVES other cats!  He's getting used to dogs at his foster home.  He doesn't hiss or growl at the nice dogs at his foster home; so he should do just fine with a gentle dog.

We think Smokey is great for kind, respectful children.  He will not be hazardous to their health!  We do not think he would do well living with an older individual, as he loves to rub in and out of your legs which could make someone accidentally trip.

Smokey is kind of a big deal!   He's friendly, outgoing, playful, loving and purrsonable!  He's very interactive and prefers to have his people around him. He would be sad being left alone. He loves to play with other cats, especially in the cat tunnel! His foster mom describes him as busy, but not hyper. A nice family found him at their farm but he was never claimed.

Okay, so by now you're thinking that Smokey is really a perfect cat! Well he does have one teensy weensy issue. You see, Smokey has a little addiction problem of his own.   It's catnip!  Smokey LOVES catnip! It is a substance that will be under your control, though, so no worries!!

Smokey is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He is looking for an indoor only home. Declawing is not allowed for Smokey or any other cat.

Be aware that should you adopt Smokey, ALL your friends will want a Smokey too!   Please let them know there are many Smokey's at Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary!  They can find a Smokey of their very own!
