Winston is a 3 year old pembroke welsh corgi. He is very energetic, knows how to use his voice, very intelligent and curious little guy. He does not get along well with other dogs if they are in his territory, but outside of the home he will completely ignore other animals. He loves to cuddle and I believe someone who can keep him exercised will keep him happy. Yes the adoption fee is $0 so long as I can ensure he will go to a good home
